The tension, the heat, the ache…
Posture, internalized emotions, stress and tension all contribute to the vicious cycle that is TMJ. This massage-focused service will serve to help release and unwind those muscles in spasm to provide relief and more space. Gentle cleansing, exfoliation (where appropriate), and slipping right into treatment: your shoulders, upper chest, neck, face, intraoral/buccal, and the head are all included to unlock your range of motion. Space is restored to the jaw area. Balance restored to the muscles of the neck and face.

Pre-service: Please hydrate and minimize or avoid caffeine.
Post-service: Please allow for an hour or two of a more quiet, calm part of your day to allow your nervous system and muscles to reset. Please hydrate deeply to assist your tissues in flushing out intracellular waste that is released from clenched muscles. Avoid alcohol and caffeine for the day.

In this 30-minute consultation, we will have a wide-ranging conversation in which we discover and assess your unique skin type, concerns, and goals. Together, we will craft a tailored regimen, the one you're most likely to stick to. Once we've taken your personality, diet, habits, and lifestyle into account, we'll co-create a bespoke routine of lifestyle habits and natural products designed to support and heal your skin back into its natural radiance. Caci Quantum:The pinnacle of microcurrent.
Using gentle microcurrent that mimics the body’s own electrical impulses, muscles are retrained, the skin is hydrated, and tissues are depuffed. It’s essentially a gentle, non-invasive lifting of the face and muscles that also provides lymphatic drainage, brightening, and tissue healing.
As with any exercise, results are cumulative. Fabulous results are achieved with weekly or every other week treatments (6-10), and then moving into monthly “maintenance mode.”
